Apollo: my brother and my mission

My brother Apollo is like a mirror for me, and the time I spend with him is like experiencing childhood once more. The divine kindness of him always inspires me to hold more kindness to the world and to be more patient and willing to help others.

The path of my research

I've spent two years trying to solve the COVID-19 problems with computational and AI technology, and I believe computation plays a critical role in solving the problems facing humanity, although AI itself could be another problem.

More than iGEM

iGEM is one of the team competitions I have participated over the longest time. Even though I am only a supporting role in this synthetic biology-based competition, it very much aligns with my personal values and the characteristics of computer science, that is, to become stronger in the process of helping others. More importantly, this competition has allowed me to make a lot of good friends for a lifetime.

Brilliant ideas and designs from my engineering projects

My engineering teacher claimed that he would use my creations as examples for future courses, an honor I think worth sharing on my personal blog.

VEX and me

My love for STEM, my passion for problem-solving, and some of my life-long friends all dated back to my first VEX robotics experience.

VEX, community

I had a seven-year relationship with VEX, from winning the Gold Medal at the World Championships in the VEX EDR, to mentoring elementary school students in the United States to learn VEX IQ, which helped me learn about computers, engineering and teamwork.

Little Oak, Community Service

Hard to imagine that I am still participating in the community service activities organized by my kindergarten to this day, and Little Oak is the origin of love that my family and I feel and pass on.
